Corporations, non-corporate bodies, or other legal entities are strictly excluded from participation in the Programme.
Employees or managers of any airline, travel agency, or person or entity trading as or on behalf of a tour operator cannot take advantage of the present General Terms and Conditions by earning Miles or obtaining Rewards if their status in the Programme for services offered by TUNISAIR or any of the Partners are at special prices, employee-reduced rates or travel industry reduced rates.
All eligible persons willing to join the Programme shall fill in and sign a personal application form at TUNISAIR sales offices in Tunisia or abroad, or join online at www.tunisair.com. The signature of the guardian or legal representative is required if the applicant is a minor.

If applying online, the applicant will be given an individual temporary identification number. The Temporary Card (.pdf format) can be printed.
The Membership to the Fidelys programme can only be validated if the Members provide their individual identification number, indicated on their temporary card when booking and check-in for their first trip. Members may also include in their application form the ticket number of a flight taken during the 4 weeks preceding their Membership or that of their next trip on a scheduled TUNISAIR flight.
Any person whose Membership application has been accepted by the Company shall obtain an individual account, Membership number, and PIN Code allowing access to online Fidelys services and any other services described in Fidelys Communication.
The Membership number and PIN Code will be required for any inquiry concerning the account.
The PIN Code will be provided to the Member, and only to the Member. The Member is responsible for the usage of the PIN Code and undertakes not to disclose the PIN Code to any third party. The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the PIN Code, for restricting access to the account, and, more generally, for the equipment via which the Member connects to the account. In this respect, any operation carried out from the Member's account is deemed to have been carried out by the Member.
If a Member changes his or her mailing address, name, and, or any other personal details, the Member shall notify the Company, without any undue delay, in writing to the following address Espace Fidelys, TUNISAIR Headquarters, 2035 Tunis-Carthage, Tunisia, or by e-mail to : fidelys@tunisair.com.tn.

The card remains the property of Tunisair, which reserves the right to demand its restitution at any time.
Loss, theft, or damage of a Membership Card, including the digital card, must be reported immediately to Fidelys. Upon the Member's notification of a lost, stolen, or damaged Card, the Card will be replaced. The Company is not liable for any fraudulent use of the Card or failure of the Member to comply with the contents of this provision.
Only airline tickets issued in the Member's name can be registered on the Member's account. A ticket will not be eligible if a person, other than the Member, proceeds to its registration and improperly identifies as under the same name as the Member, or if this person is a namesake.
Violators, including any passenger who uses a purchased or bartered Reward, shall be liable to the Company for damages and litigation costs. Miles and Rewards have no cash value and can never be exchanged for cash.
All persons applying for Membership in the Programme shall be deemed to have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to refuse Membership to any person who does not meet the requirements for participation in the Programme.
Members' status evolves from Classic to Silver and from Silver to Gold.
The granting of a Silver or Gold Card or the maintenance of a Silver or Gold status is subject to the number of Qualifying Miles or Flights obtained during the same calendar year and from the date of level in reference to the date of Membership (according to the scales and regulations described in the Fidelys communication). TUNISAIR may at any time, and without prior notice, modify the number of Qualifying Miles or Flights for the granting of Silver and Gold Cards.
The awarding of a Silver or Gold Card is considered at the end of each year before the current card expires. At the end of the level date, the number of Qualifying Miles or Flights is reset to zero.
